Thanks to the hubby's psychotic love of UFC I didnt get a real nights sleep but did prep some food for the week. First I made Asparagus with pancetta fried in butter,mmm!
Then I made Carrot and Broccili mash as well.
Packed my lunch of organic chicken sausage, my asparagus and mash.. as well as one organic egg with asparagus for breakfast.. washed down with acv in hot water!

Sadly didn't get up for crossfit but tonight when I get home I will be going down to the the gym to jump rope, do some assisted pull-ups and lateral box jumps! So not totally horrible. Ok time to finish my cider and get my behind to work before it gets any stinking hotter!
